Pai Yoga Shala has been sharing yoga since 2015 and has quickly become a reference in the quality of teachers around the city and province. Through regular classes, training courses and workshops, our goal is to take the students not only through physical practice, but also share philosophical knowledge, so that Yoga can be applied in your daily life. We invite you to join one of our classes!

No matter where you are in your practice, you are always welcome to join the classes. The Thai and International yoga teachers will inspire, guide, support and/or challenge you based on your yoga experience. Pai Yoga Shala houses all equipment needed, so you don’t need to worry about bringing mats or bricks. Just bring yourself, a towel and some water! Or alternatively give us a call or send us a message for a free pick up from town. We offer 4 classes a day, 7 days a week.
